This full-time, permanent role requires an experienced aviation professional with a strong focus on Transport Canada regulations. You'll oversee the daily flight operations, manage departmental budgets, and ensure a quality experience for owners and guests. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Transport Canada regulations (CARs 604)
- Act as liaison with Transport Canada inspectors and regulatory bodies
- Develop and maintain aviation guidelines and procedures
- Oversee the Safety Management System and continuous improvement
- Monitor and report on airport and aviation facilities
Requirements:
- 5+ years in aviation commercial or charter operations
- 3+ years in supervisory or management role
- Strong understanding of CARs 604 and related regulations
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Solid experience managing safety systems and compliance
