This role offers a chance to manage critical legal work from our Toronto office.
As a Legal Counsel for approximately 12 months, you will directly report to the CEO and take a lead role in managing all legal matters.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing corporate regulatory compliance, drafting and negotiating contracts, and advising business divisions on legal issues encompassing various jurisdictions.
Your expertise will ensure the company’s adherence to laws and support its expansive business strategies.
