Design ultra high-performance electronic products as a Principal Hardware Engineer, specializing in high-speed signaling and complex electrical systems. Own complete EE hardware design within a One Person One Board culture. This Principal-level position covers products from inception through volume production. Collaborate with Hardware, ASIC, Signal, Mechanical, Thermal, Diagnostic, Packaging, and Manufacturing engineers. Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deliver ultra high-performance electronic products Create BOMs and participate with vendor negotiators Complete circuit, board design, development, and validation Support customer trials, field issues, and product sustaining Provide technical leadership to a small design team Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering 12+ years of related experience Experience with 112G+ SerDes signaling Experience with 1kW+ PCB power and thermal issues Experience owning complex products through volume production Bring lifecycle ownership, high-speed hardware expertise, and technical leadership to ultra high-performance electronic product development.
