As Enterprise Lead, Work Design and Workforce Experiences, you will shape how work evolves across BCLC. You will partner with senior leaders, executive sponsors, and cross-functional teams. Your focus includes workforce strategy, change management, operating models, and measurable implementation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale workforce transformation and organizational effectiveness initiatives
- Design roadmaps, governance structures, milestones, and success measures
- Assess work and capacity for AI-enabled redesign opportunities
- Develop business cases and implementation plans
- Advise leaders on readiness, impacts, risks, and trade-offs
Requirements:
- Degree in business, human resources, or related discipline
- Five to seven years leading complex enterprise initiatives
- Experience developing multi-year roadmaps and measurable outcomes
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and influencing skills
- Experience with transformation, change management, or organizational effectiveness
