Shape executive reporting in downtown Victoria with advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and visual communication skills at British Columbia Investment Management Corporation. As an Analyst, Reporting & Operations, you will support Corporate Risk & Audit reporting and communications. You will translate complex information from Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Controls, and Internal Audit into polished materials. Your work will support Board, client, committee, and executive audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-stakes Board-level presentations and communications materials
- Manage reporting calendars across three Corporate Risk & Audit branches
- Coordinate submission deadlines with the Corporate Secretary
- Apply editorial polish and standardized quality standards
- Prioritize competing requests and stakeholder needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- Three or more years in reporting, communications, or coordination
- Advanced PowerPoint and proficient Excel skills
- Ability to simplify complex information for executives
