Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; equivalent experience considered
- 1 year of experience for Level 1 or 3 years for Level 2
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Sound judgment in handling sensitive information
