Drive Corporate Risk & Audit operations in Victoria through process improvement, budget coordination, and disciplined cross-functional project leadership. BCI seeks an Analyst, Reporting & Operations to provide business partnership and project leadership within a lean department structure. You will coordinate department-wide initiatives, work with Finance on annual planning, and develop standards aligned with enterprise policies. The position requires independent judgment, discretion, and strong relationships across BCI. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate engagement, KPI, and corporate reporting initiatives Coordinate branch inputs for annual budget planning Recommend resource allocations to department leadership Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements Represent Corporate Risk & Audit in cross-functional initiatives Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Three or more years in reporting, communications, or coordination Experience managing workflows in complex organizations Ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision Preferred PMO or executive office experience Use project coordination, operational judgment, and process improvement expertise to strengthen Corporate Risk & Audit effectiveness at BCI.
