Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of Workday integrations
- Act as the technical lead for integration architecture
- Monitor and optimize platform integration health
- Deliver semi-annual release assessments and readiness plans
- Create and uphold platform governance policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience
- Established hands-on integration development in Workday
- Proficient in integration tools and security setups
- Solid understanding of technical concepts in APIs
- Experience mentoring and leading engineering teams
