As the Analyst, Reporting & Operations in Corporate Risk & Audit, you'll be the visual storyteller behind our Board and executive communications. You'll take complex, multi-source information from Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Controls, and Internal Audit, and turn it into clear, polished materials for BCI’s governors and decision-makers. You'll shape structure, messaging, and design, and you'll connect the dots across the department's work so the story holds together.

In this role, you'll own the reporting architecture for 50+ Board, client, and committee deliverables each year. You'll partner closely with the SVP and all three branches of Corporate Risk & Audit. You'll also lead department-wide initiatives and build strong relationships with teams across BCI to move shared work forward. If you have a strong design eye, advanced PowerPoint skills, sound judgment, and a knack for making complexity look simple, we'd like to hear from you.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Corporate Risk & Audit, the Analyst, Reporting & Operations provides reporting and communications expertise, business partnership, and project leadership within a lean department structure. The Analyst manages complex workflows and exercises independent judgment, working with departmental leadership and all three branches to deliver communications and reporting with impact and clarity. The position also advances departmental and corporate initiatives, strengthening effectiveness through process improvements, budget coordination, and involvement in strategic projects. It requires strong relationships and sound discretion, with substantive collaboration across Finance (CFP&A), the Corporate Secretary’s Office, and cross-functional executives.

The Corporate Risk & Audit (CR&A) department is responsible for providing analysis and insight on BCI’s risk exposures, governance, and control practices. Comprised of three branches – Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Controls, and Internal Audit – this department helps BCI understand and monitor the key risks that could impact its objectives, advises management on potential mitigation strategies, and provides assurance on the ongoing effectiveness of controls.

Works back from Board and committee dates to set review checkpoints, sequence compilation across the three branches, and confirm SVP availability, ensuring timely review and quality of materials for 50+ annual Board, client, and committee deliverables
  • Liaises with the Corporate Secretary on Board submission deadlines and logistics, and serves as primary contact for requests from other BCI departments
  • Exercises judgment to prioritize and triage competing requests, balancing urgency and stakeholder relationships
  • Applies comprehensive design and editorial polish to draft materials before SVP review
