Lead overnight operations in Barrie for The Brink's Company, overseeing teams, vault activity, routes, safety, and customer service from 10:30 pm.
As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee ARM/ATM/CIT, Vault, Safe & Key, and Brinks Safe Products. The role emphasizes team leadership across Union and Non-Union employees, process improvement, operating procedures, and security regulations. You will support profitability and customer service standards while working Sunday through Thursday nights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Ocean routes and schedule Cash in Transit runs
- Open and balance the vault daily
- Allocate resources and maintain adequate staffing levels
- Address grievances and administer Collective Bargaining Agreement requirements
- Enforce health, safety, security, and operating procedures
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage conflicts and make logical decisions
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and mobile applications
- Ability to recruit, hire, and train staff
- Ability to obtain a firearm license
