The successful candidate will contribute to the development of the Four Eyes Intelligent Compliance Platform in an Agile & fast-paced start-up development environment.

Back-End Development
Implement secure and efficient API end-points.
- Develop and unit-test secure REST and Graph QL APIs.
- Implement Python concurrent programming (Async IO, threads, processes).
- Manage and query SQL databases, specifically Postgre SQL.
- Utilize standard development tools, including Visual Studio and DBeaver.
Quality Control : Perform code reviews and testing to maintain high-quality code.
- Write, execute, and evaluate comprehensive unit tests.
- Analyze test results and resolve defects prior to deployment.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and functionality.
Team & Culture : Thrive and meet deadlines within an agile, lean startup environment.
- Communicate effectively with peers, document systems for the team, and present ideas to stakeholders.
- Champion a culture of respect, accountability, and partnership.
- Propose process improvements to optimize data flow, quality, and usability.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools to enhance workflows and continuous learning.
