As a Child Care Centre Director, you will manage the centre's overall operation within the Busy Bees global childcare community. Your responsibilities include recruitment, staff development, financial administration, licensing, safety, and family communication. You will also ensure classroom expectations and staff training are completed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage centre operations, policies, procedures, and licensing
- Recruit and develop staff across the centre
- Oversee child safety and environmental health and hygiene
- Process payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Communicate effectively with families about their child
Requirements:
- Registered Early Childhood Educator in good standing with Ontario College of ECE
- Knowledge of licensing and childcare regulations
- Knowledge of financial management
- Current immunization and Health Assessment meeting Ministry requirements
- CPR and First Aid Certificate
