As Centre Director, you will work with teachers and families to support children in care. You will manage recruitment, policies, child safety, hygiene, licensing, administration, and staff training. The position also requires communication with parents and guardians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall centre operations and province licensing
- Recruit and develop staff across the centre
- Process payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Implement staff training and confirm completion
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
Requirements:
- B.Ed. focused on Early Childhood or Level 3 certification
- Knowledge of licensing and accreditation regulations
- Knowledge of financial management
- Meet province requirements for childcare employment
- Current immunization, Health Assessment, and CPR/First Aid
