Brighter Staffing Agency is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits and opportunities for growth within our rapidly expanding company.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including but not limited to:
- Managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, maintaining quality standards, and increasing profitability.
- Creating and implementing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate supply.
- Maintain high quality standards for food, service, and cleanliness.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Analyze sales data and create reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and provide feedback.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a restaurant management role.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
