Job Description:
- Lead and manage a team of testers to execute testing activities;
- Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements;
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage;
- Perform manual and automated testing to validate software functionality and performance;
- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements;
- Mentor team members and provide guidance on testing best practices;
- Monitor and report on testing progress and elevate issues as needed.
