Bridgit seeks a Customer Education Manager skilled in customer support and digital enablement to help customers learn, adopt, and optimize the product.
This manager owns customer support, enablement content, and knowledge management. The work also includes Userflow, Beamer, and digital education systems. You will create scalable learning experiences, coordinate product-release communication, and connect customer feedback with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop help articles, video walkthroughs, and self-serve learning assets
- Maintain the enablement roadmap and customer knowledge base
- Manage Pylon support queues and investigate customer issues
- Coordinate issue resolution with engineering and communicate customer updates
- Configure Userflow and publish targeted Beamer notifications
Requirements:
- Three or more years in education, enablement, training, or customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with APIs, login architecture, and network error review
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience collaborating with subject matter experts on content
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely
