Bria Communities LP in British Columbia is seeking a registered Practical Nurse to join our long‐term care team. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and carry out treatments in line with provincial regulations and facility policies.
You will evaluate care plans, assist with admissions, discharges and transfers, and ensure complete clinical assessments are followed by appropriate interventions. Excellent communication with residents, families and staff is essential.
