You will answer questions, sell and validate tickets, process reservations, and guide guests around Golden Skybridge, Trailglow, and the Canadian Rockies. Cross-training supports flexible coverage across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and deliver professional service throughout visits
- Process Trailglow and Canyon Swing tickets and packages
- Use Ventrata for reservations, ticketing, and redemptions
- Handle Canadian and United States cash and card payments
- Support retail, video, café, and guest-flow operations
Requirements:
- Guest services, retail, or customer-facing experience
- Knowledge of Golden Skybridge, Trailglow, and surrounding winter activities
- Accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Ability to learn Ventrata, retail, and video systems
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
