Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations and manage service flow during peak periods
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop colleagues and supervisors
- Maintain beverage quality, cleanliness, presentation, and Starbucks standards
- Prepare schedules, manage inventory, and monitor labour and product costs
- Oversee cash handling, compliance, records, and operational procedures
Requirements:
- Previous management or supervisory experience in high-volume Food & Beverage
- Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and guest service skills
- Knowledge of scheduling, inventory, ordering, cash handling, and cost controls
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS, scheduling, and timekeeping systems
- Flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
