Breakthrough Academy is seeking a People & Culture Specialist to partner with leaders and teams across the organization for an 18-month maternity leave contract in Canada. You will own day-to-day People & Culture operations throughout the employee lifecycle and drive practical, thoughtful solutions that enhance onboarding, performance conversations, compensation, and offboarding.
You will collaborate with Finance on payroll changes and benefits, support engagement initiatives, and help shape a positive workplace culture.
