As Precision Agriculture Lead, you will implement the division's vision within your area of responsibility. You will lead Precision Ag Specialists, support customer Data Journeys, and stay current on product offerings. The work includes PAES targets, weekly meetings, KPIs, and collaboration with branch, service, sales, and parts managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement regional and store-level Precision Agriculture direction
- Lead Precision Ag Specialists toward company objectives
- Conduct weekly production meetings and communicate KPIs
- Support specialists across branch, service, sales, and parts
- Train teams on Precision Agriculture products and solutions
Requirements:
- Experience delivering customer solutions and leading large teams
- Knowledge of John Deere Operation Center considered an asset
- Technology or agronomy background considered an asset
- Valid driver's license and passport for required travel
- Microsoft Office proficiency and effective communication skills
