You will support small, medium, and large construction projects through building maintenance, repairs, and renovation work. The position involves coordination with foremen, project managers, designers, and subcontractors while meeting Brandt standards, schedules, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform building maintenance and repairs
- Complete small renovation projects
- Supervise subcontractor activities on larger jobs
