Lead finance for Brandt Sports & Entertainment through financial reporting, FP&A, internal controls, and business partnership across multiple businesses. As Divisional Controller, you will work with the VP, Finance and lead accounting, reporting, planning, analysis, and financial management. You will guide finance leaders while supporting operational and strategic decisions across BSE. The position oversees consolidated results, budgets, forecasts, controls, business cases, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the BSE finance function across accounting and FP&A Provide financial insight for operational and strategic decisions Directly lead, coach, and develop finance managers Oversee consolidated reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis Strengthen controls, processes, systems, and business performance visibility Requirements:
University degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related discipline Minimum eight years of progressive accounting and financial management experience Experience leading accounting managers and finance professionals Strong reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls experience Advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP or business intelligence systems proficiency Bring financial leadership, analytical judgment, and business-partnering expertise to Brandt Sports & Entertainment’s growing finance function.
