Brandt seeks an Outside Parts and Service Representative for a full-time, outside sales position. You will promote and sell Material Handling parts and service while assisting new and existing customers. The position supports Parts and Service departments, customer retention, territory growth, and sales performance. Success requires customer service, communication, industry knowledge, and organized account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers
- Prospect accounts and conduct cold calls
- Implement annual territory plans and target lists
- Visit customers within the assigned territory
- Maintain customer records, opportunities, quotes, and notes
Requirements:
- Two to three years of related sales experience
- Material Handling parts, operations, and industry knowledge
- Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours
