This full-time role coordinates technician workloads, supports quality repairs, and recommends skills, performance, and training needs to the Service Manager. Key Responsibilities:
- Assign service jobs and work orders according to technician skills
- Provide quotes, estimates, and repair-process communication to customers
- Review repairs, guide diagnostics, and approve equipment release
- Coordinate technician training, tooling, and quarterly safety meetings
- Support Service Manager duties during absences and bill available time
Requirements:
- Three or more years as a Service Technician
- Journeyperson certification considered an asset
- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate others
