Brandt seeks an Outside Parts & Service Representative to promote parts and service, support customers after purchase, and increase satisfaction. The position serves new and existing customers through territory visits, prospecting, and customer follow-up. Knowledge of Truck and Coach parts, operations, and industry is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Truck and Coach parts and service
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Prospect accounts and discuss promotions and programs
- Visit customers throughout the assigned territory monthly
- Maintain customer records, opportunities, quotes, and notes
Requirements:
- Two to three years of similar sales experience
- Parts or Service Department experience considered relevant
- Knowledge of Truck and Coach parts and operations
- Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
