Brandt seeks a Foreman for its High River Agriculture dealership service department. This full-time position supervises service quality and productivity while supporting technicians, customers, and Service Advisors. The Foreman may act as Service Manager during absences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign jobs and work orders according to employee skills
- Guide diagnosis of machine problems for technicians and apprentices
- Review repair orders for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate technician training and quarterly safety meetings
- Respond to customer technical questions and complaints
Requirements:
- Three or more years as a Service Technician
- Journeyman certification preferred
- Hydraulic and electrical agricultural equipment diagnosis experience preferred
- Ability to lead and coach others
- Microsoft Office and internet application proficiency
