As Territory Manager, you will sell new and used Ditch Witch and Morbark equipment within an assigned territory. Develop sales strategies, pursue business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and support revenue growth. The work includes customer reporting, equipment delivery coordination, and collaboration with Parts, Service, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop territory sales strategies for revenue and market share growth
- Prospect for new business and respond to market trends
- Promote Brandt's Underground and Tree Care equipment lines
- Negotiate profitable sales contracts and terms
- Maintain customer relationships supporting retention, referrals, and repeat business
Requirements:
- Three to five years' construction, agricultural, or heavy equipment sales experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Microsoft Office Suite and CRM system proficiency
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
