Lead field service coordination at Brandt through technician guidance, repair quality, and productivity. This full-time position is on-site. The Field Foreman assists with directing Service department workload and maintaining efficient, productive operations. The position assigns work orders, supports equipment repairs, reviews documentation, and guides technicians through diagnostics. It also recommends technician training and performance actions to the Service Manager. Key Responsibilities:
Assign jobs according to technician skills and experience Provide quotes and maintain customer repair communication Review repair orders for accuracy and completeness Offer diagnostic guidance and respond to repair inquiries Approve equipment release after verifying completed quality work Requirements:
Three or more years as a Service Technician Journeyperson certification considered an asset Ability to lead, coach, and motivate others Microsoft Office desktop application proficiency Diagnosis and aftertreatment systems experience considered an asset Apply service technician experience, diagnostic guidance, and leadership skills to support Brandt’s efficient, quality-focused service operations.
