Drive equipment rental sales from Brandt Tractor Ltd’s Edmonton location through consultative selling and strong customer relationships. Work independently across an assigned territory. As Territory Manager - Rentals, you will develop new relationships while growing existing Brandt accounts. The work centers on construction equipment, jobsite needs, rental solutions, and customer-focused sales. You will prospect, plan customer visits, recommend equipment, coordinate rentals, and maintain opportunities in the CRM. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow an assigned territory and customer portfolio Prospect through outbound calls, site visits, and networking Recommend equipment based on jobs, timelines, and budgets Generate quotes and coordinate equipment rentals Coordinate internally on service, billing, and logistics Requirements:
Proven outside sales success, preferably in equipment rental Understanding of construction equipment and jobsite operations Ability to prospect, close, and grow accounts Consultative sales approach with strong relationship-building abilities Valid driver’s license, passport, and willingness to travel internationally Bring field sales, construction equipment knowledge, and consultative customer support to Brandt’s Edmonton rental business.
