Lead John Deere Agriculture service operations at Brandt’s Rocky View branch using strong agriculture expertise and technician supervision skills. This role supports quality, productivity, and customer service. As Foreman, you supervise Service Department activities according to Service Optimization standards. You assign work, support diagnoses, review orders, and help maintain effective dealership operations. You may act as Service Manager during absences while supporting technicians, apprentices, Service Advisors, and customers. Key Responsibilities:
Assign jobs and work orders according to employee skills Direct diagnosis of machine problems for technicians and apprentices Review repair orders and monitor job progress Coordinate technician training and quarterly safety meetings Respond to technical customer questions and complaints Requirements:
Three or more years as a Service Technician Journeyman certification preferred Agriculture equipment hydraulic and electrical diagnosis experience preferred Ability to lead, coach, delegate, and make decisions Familiarity with John Deere Agriculture and competitive products Apply your agriculture equipment knowledge, service leadership, and diagnostic expertise as Brandt’s Rocky View Foreman.
