Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all daily activities at the Sudbury branch
- Achieve sales growth and branch profitability goals
- Meet asset management and market share objectives
- Develop employees toward long-term branch success
- Manage account receivables with the Director of Credit Services
Requirements:
- Five-plus years of heavy equipment field experience
- Three to five years of progressively responsible management experience
- Proven product support and departmental operations understanding
- Ability to lead and motivate staff
- Relevant post-secondary education considered an asset
