As a Parts Person in Agriculture, you will locate required parts, prepare detailed quotes, and process orders efficiently. The position combines customer service, inventory accuracy, warehousing, shipping, and computer systems. You will also support Brandt's Service Department with parts pricing and availability for work orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to internal and external customer needs
- Prepare detailed quotes and process parts orders
- Receive, store, and document parts inventory
- Adjust bins and inventory records for accuracy
- Locate and ship parts to customers and branches
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills in person and by phone
- Foundation of parts or warehousing knowledge and skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexible availability for shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Parts industry experience or journeyperson certification considered an asset
