Structural access systems engineering awaits in Pickering with AutoCAD, Revit, and advanced design responsibilities for construction projects. This full-time role requires P.Eng. registration. As an Engineer III at AlumaSafway, you will support access solutions for high rises, infrastructure, industrial projects, and more. The work includes structural analysis, engineering calculations, detailed drawings, and design for scaffolds, hoists, mast climbers, and suspended systems. You will also collaborate with branches, customers, and Product Development engineers. Key Responsibilities:
Design elevated access platforms and personnel/material hoists Prepare AutoCAD and Revit drawing submittals Perform calculations using RISA, TEDDS, SCIA, and other software Provide technical assistance through branch and site visits Collaborate on custom product solutions and design feedback Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis At least 10 years of experience Registration with PEO as a P.Eng. Personal vehicle suitable for work and site visits English essential for everyday operations Apply structural analysis, CAD design, and access systems expertise as an AlumaSafway engineer in Pickering, Ontario.
