As an Agile Delivery Manager, you will lead value-driven client initiatives through agile and traditional project management frameworks. The work includes coaching business and technology teams, managing risks, and facilitating agile ceremonies. You will also track performance metrics and coordinate project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate high and medium complexity initiatives
- Manage external dependencies, risks, and impediments
- Coach business and technology teams
- Report progress and drive stakeholder meetings
- Plan deliverables with technical leads
Requirements:
- Four to five years as Scrum Master or Delivery Manager
- Five-plus years in software development, project management, or business analysis
- Advanced Scrum Master, PMP, or equivalent certification
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, SDLC, and Scrum or Kanban metrics
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
