This apprentice position repairs minor vehicle damage while shadowing a licensed Auto Body Technician. You will inspect, disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles according to insurance guidelines and quality standards. The work supports facility KPIs and ongoing learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and disassemble vehicles to identify collision damage
- Repair minor damage to vehicle body panels
- Repair or replace parts, electrical components, and accessories
- Reassemble vehicles after completing required repairs
- Shadow licensed technicians and apply newly gained knowledge
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Post-secondary auto body repair program completion
- Minimum one year of Auto Body Technician experience
- MIG and TIG welding experience
- Valid driver's license and personal toolbox
