Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with subcontractors
- Review subcontractor quotes and participate in procurement
- Monitor subcontractor performance and commercial compliance
- Review progress applications and recommend payments
- Complete contract close-out and contractor performance evaluations
Requirements:
- Five years of contract administration experience
- Two or more years of major infrastructure experience
- Advanced knowledge of contractual execution and compliance
- Knowledge of bonding and letters of credit
- Degree in construction management, quantity surveying, or similar
