Highline Manufacturing, a division of Bourgault Industries, seeks a collaborative and innovative Design Engineer/Technologist to join our Research & Development team. You will design and improve agricultural equipment, guiding projects from concept development and 3D modeling through prototype testing, production, and product launch.
Travel to customer sites and industry events may be required. Work with suppliers, develop BOMs, support testing, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
