Build enterprise pipeline at Botpress through ABM, paid media, and multi-channel demand generation. This is a hands-on, sales-led marketing role. As Demand Generation Lead, you will make acquisition repeatable for larger accounts up to enterprise. You will manage events, direct mail, gifting, paid media, outbound inputs, and acquisition experiments. The work requires strong prioritization, follow-through, agency management, and heavy use of AI throughout the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build demand for larger accounts through multi-channel experiments
- Lead invite-only events and conference-adjacent experiences
- Develop direct mail and gifting ABM programs
- Manage paid media and channel agencies
- Own targeting, messaging, lists, and outbound content
Requirements:
- Experience building acquisition experiments and pipeline programs
- Ability to prioritize minimum viable marketing plays
- Willingness to build events and direct mail from scratch
- Strong follow-through and ability to close execution loops
- Heavy use of AI thinking, processes, and agents
- Use ABM, experimentation, paid media, and AI to build Botpress’s sales-led acquisition engine for larger accounts.
