This senior corporate accounting position supports monthly and year-end reporting for Bosch Building Technologies North America. The work includes payroll and benefit accounting, general ledger reconciliations, variance analysis, internal controls, and audit support. You will also contribute to accounting procedures, compliance monitoring, and assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare payroll journal entries, accruals, deferrals, and benefits adjustments
- Complete payroll, benefit, and general ledger reconciliations
- Support monthly, year-end, internal, and external financial reporting
- Compile audit schedules and organize requested audit items
- Improve accounting procedures and monitor compliance documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or two years' corporate experience
- Strong general ledger and account reconciliation knowledge
- Construction industry experience
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Analytical accuracy with high-volume data and deadlines
