This permanent, full-time position requires a 433A Industrial Mechanic Millwright to maintain production equipment. You will support manufacturing and packaging operations through preventive maintenance, repairs, changeovers, equipment projects, and continuous improvement. The role involves collaboration with production, quality, original equipment manufacturers, and multidisciplinary resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair malfunctioning production equipment
- Provide advanced mechanical troubleshooting and corrective maintenance
- Support equipment changeovers, setup, qualification, and validation
- Complete preventive maintenance work orders and documentation
- Train operators and guide Tier 1 millwrights
Requirements:
- Five or more years with production processes and equipment
- 433A Industrial Mechanic Millwright qualification
- Grade 12 diploma or technical school experience
- Mechanical troubleshooting experience in pharmaceutical or similar industry
- Working knowledge of GMP, safety, and standard operating procedures
