Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this Director of Operations role supports Customer Operations, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Human Resources. You will manage employees, recruitment, onboarding, business processes, and cross-functional delivery. The position suits an operational generalist with SaaS experience and strong execution skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, priorities, resources, and departmental responsibilities
- Lead projects through scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and delivery
- Improve workflows, handoffs, CRM discipline, and service delivery
- Manage employees through priorities, coaching, feedback, and accountability
- Negotiate vendor pricing, agreements, renewals, and service expectations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and MBA required
