This Legal Counsel position supports Bombardier's legal services team within Aerospace Canada. You will advise internal clients, review employment contracts, coordinate occupational health and safety litigation, and monitor legislative changes. The role also includes privacy requests, administrative tribunal proceedings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and draft documents
- Prepare and organize litigation files and analysis tools
- Advise internal clients with legal counsel collaboration
- Coordinate occupational health and safety litigation
- Review employment contracts, policies, and agreements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent
- Membership in the Quebec Bar
- One to three years of lawyer experience
- Labour and employment law experience, coursework, or interest
- Complete French and English bilingual communication skills
