Lead sonic drilling operations with strong safety leadership and team coaching as a Supervisor at Boart Longyear. This position requires extensive supervisory experience. The Sonic Supervisor coordinates drilling work, supports team development, and provides technical advice for rig operations. You will manage performance concerns, communicate with Project Leaders, and help maintain safety compliance. The role also includes reporting and incident follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach team members through ongoing development

- Complete and approve daily rig reports
- Conduct daily shift meetings
- Lead incident investigations and monitor corrective actions
Requirements:
- Extensive Sonic drilling experience at supervisory level

- First Aid and CPR certification required
- H2S and CSO certifications required
