This Procurement Administrator role supports maintenance and capital projects through supplier sourcing, purchase orders, and cost management. You will evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, monitor performance, and coordinate material requests. The position also supports project tracking, reporting, documentation, and emergency repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source suppliers and solicit quotes for required materials
- Negotiate pricing and service levels with suppliers
- Monitor KPIs, fulfillment, costs, and ETA timeliness
- Track budgets, expenses, purchase orders, and invoices
- Coordinate urgent parts purchases for emergency repairs
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education preferred, with Supply Chain focus
- Home Building or Construction purchasing experience preferred
- Strong Excel skills, including filtering and pivot tables
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency and basic financial analysis
- Superior communication, organization, and attention to detail
