Pay Base salary + commission
What you'll do
- Call warm referrals and existing clients, build relationships, and find new opportunities.
- Grow your book through outbound calls, cold calling, and networking.
- Offer clients the other products we carry when they would genuinely benefit.
- Match each client's needs with the insurer that fits them best.
- Keep learning through industry courses and involvement in the industry and your community.
What you'll bring
- An active RIBO licence (required).
- A driven, entrepreneurial attitude.
- Experience managing complex accounts and giving outstanding service.
- Strong negotiation and relationship skills.
- Clear, confident writing and speaking.
- Well organized, with a sharp eye for detail.
- Comfortable with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and brokerage systems like Acturis and Applied Rating Services.
- Self-motivated and eager to keep growing in your career.
