Lead BNP Associates’ baggage handling systems program at Toronto Pearson with deep BHS expertise and polished client-facing leadership. Frequent on-site presence is expected. As Senior Project Manager and Site Support Lead, you will represent BNP for its YYZ client. You will coordinate contractors, field engineering, Designers, Project Engineers, Directors, and Executives. The position combines team leadership, project logistics, budgets, schedules, technical review, and hands-on support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary client liaison and baggage systems subject matter expert
- Lead surveys, inspections, installations, assessments, and testing
- Coordinate reports, specifications, drawings, and client submittals
- Manage budgets, schedules, RFIs, punch lists, and start-up support
- Mentor staff and analyze system simulations for performance evaluation
Requirements:
- Engineering degree or equivalent field experience
- At least ten years of project management experience
- Leadership experience managing site support or field engineering teams
- Experience managing project logistics, timelines, and budgets
- Ability to obtain airport security credentials and pass background checks
- Bring BHS expertise, project management, and hands-on team leadership to BNP Associates’ high-visibility YYZ program.
