Build and maintain client relationships at BMO in Waterloo through portfolio support, account administration, and responsive service. This is an onsite position.
As a Client Service Associate, you will support one or more Investment Advisors and their teams. You will assist with client portfolio reviews, account maintenance, new accounts, transfers, and trades. The position also includes marketing coordination, complaints resolution, and confidential follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client inquiries, requests, complaints, and account updates
- Accept and execute client-initiated trades by phone or in person
- Prepare client portfolio reviews and provide updates to Advisors
- Coordinate websites, social media, recognition, and client events
- Monitor assets and notify Advisors about portfolio rebalancing actions
Requirements:
- Current CIRO Investment Representative licensing is mandatory
- Three to five years of relevant experience or related certification
- Knowledge of financial and retirement planning
- Knowledge of proprietary products, services, and trade processing rules
- Good verbal, written, organizational, and problem-solving skills
