This manager supports BMO’s enterprise-wide framework for liquidity and funding management. The work spans measurement, oversight, risk mitigation, and optimization across retail, commercial, and trading products. You will advise assigned businesses, support risk strategy, and develop reporting processes. Key Responsibilities:
Develop liquidity and funding risk measurement and reporting processes Advise businesses on risk mitigation, products, and optimization Maintain models and assumptions for liquidity risk measurement Monitor stress testing, balance sheet usage, and emerging issues Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards Requirements:
Five to seven years of relevant experience Post-secondary degree in a related field Deep technical knowledge from education and business experience In-depth analytical and problem-solving skills In-depth communication, collaboration, influence, and data-driven decision-making skills Apply liquidity risk, funding analysis, and stakeholder influence to support BMO’s enterprise-wide financial risk management.
