Lead intraday liquidity risk management at BMO, using forecasting and analytics to oversee global payment and settlement activity across time zones. As an Intraday Liquidity Manager within Corporate Treasury, you will help lead the Bank’s enterprise-wide framework. The work spans liquidity risk, funding, collateral, monitoring, reporting, and operating-model development. You will engage retail, commercial, and trading lines of business while supporting regulatory and internal requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Develop enterprise intraday liquidity risk processes and analytical capabilities Monitor liquidity positions, payment flows, capacity, and emerging indicators Lead forecasting, variance analysis, and material-driver follow-up Recommend risk appetite, limits, thresholds, and early-warning indicators Translate trends and concentrations into management recommendations Requirements:
Five or more years of relevant experience Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience Knowledge of liquidity, funding, collateral, treasury, or payments Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills Experience with forecasting, risk analytics, reporting, or treasury data preferred Apply intraday liquidity expertise, forecasting discipline, and stakeholder management to strengthen BMO’s enterprise risk capabilities.
